During its regular meeting, the Board of Directors of the National Master Plumbers Association of the Philippines (NAMPAP) Davao Chapter unanimously approved Board Resolution No. 2026-05, Series of 2026—establishing a Membership Amnesty and Reinstatement Program to strengthen the chapter’s membership base and ensure compliance with annual dues.
Purpose and Vision
The resolution aims to encourage inactive members to return to good standing and to provide a clear pathway for reinstatement. By addressing unpaid dues and clarifying membership requirements, the program seeks to foster inclusivity, accountability, and sustained organizational growth.
Amnesty Program

Members with unpaid annual dues prior to 2022 may avail of amnesty by paying the required dues from 2022 to 2026, totaling ₱4,000, provided they have an existing membership number.

Members without a membership number shall undergo the reinstatement process.
Reinstatement Program
Members who cannot avail of amnesty shall pay a ₱2,000 reinstatement fee to be issued a new membership number and be considered as new members.
Verification of Membership Year
For members uncertain of their membership start date, the official membership year shall be determined based on proof of attendance at an event, such as sign-up records or photographic evidence.
Final Approval
This resolution was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors on March 6, 2026, and shall take effect immediately.
