November 2025 Oath-taking

On November 14, 2025, the Davao Chapter of the National Master Plumbers Association of the Philippines (NAMPAP), in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) through Region XI Regional Director Hon. Raquel Abrantes, hosted a Special Oath-Taking Ceremony for newly licensed Master Plumbers. The event, held at the Gran Men Seng Hotel in Davao City, brought together more than 154 successful examinees from across Mindanao. It was both a celebration of their achievement in passing the Master Plumber Licensure Examination and a formal recognition of their entry into the profession.

Presiding over the ceremony was Hon. Jaime Jajay E. Cruz, a respected member of the Board of Master Plumbing, who administered the oath of professional commitment. In his keynote address, he emphasized the vital role of master plumbers in safeguarding public health, supporting infrastructure development, and contributing to national progress. His message underscored the values of integrity, service, and technical excellence—principles that will serve as guiding standards for the new professionals as they begin their careers.

The occasion was further honored by the presence of RMP Noel P. Hiponia, past National President and Immediate Past President of the Philippine Federation of Professional Associations, whose unwavering support for NAMPAP Davao Chapter was acknowledged. Also in attendance was RMP Meljune D. Orillosa, current National Vice President for Mindanao, who offered his encouragement to the chapter and its new members. Their participation added distinction to the event, reinforcing the unity and strength of the plumbing community in Mindanao.
