Online Plumbing Design Seminar Series: Session 3 - "Storm Drainage Hydraulic Analysis

The third installment of the highly anticipated Online Plumbing Design Webinar Series concluded with great success, welcoming 68 enthusiastic participants from diverse disciplines including architecture, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, alongside experienced master plumbers. Despite challenges such as intermittent internet outages and technical issues with video equipment, the seminar proved to be a resounding achievement.

This session centered on Storm Drainage Hydraulic Analysis, offering professionals a valuable opportunity to strengthen both their technical expertise and practical understanding of this specialized field. The workshop was led by Registered Master Plumber Elmer Pelinio, a respected leader who has served as the 2024 Chairman of the Committee on Education, 2025 Vice President for Internal Affairs, and currently holds the position of 2026 Vice President for Internal Affairs of the NAMPAP Davao Chapter. His leadership and depth of knowledge created an engaging and insightful learning environment.

Participants were guided through the fundamental components of storm drainage systems and explored the principles behind selecting and designing appropriately sized drainage canals. The session not only highlighted the importance of continuous professional development but also set a strong benchmark for the upcoming installments of the series.
