The NAMPAP Davao Chapter proudly congratulates the 2,030 newly Registered Master Plumbers out of 3,287 examinees who successfully passed the recent Master Plumber’s Licensure Examination! This remarkable achievement marks a significant milestone in your professional journey.

Many of you are already licensed professionals—Architects, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, or Mechanical Engineers—who pursued master plumbing as a secondary profession. Whatever your motivation for taking the MPLE, the next exciting step is securing your license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

🛠 How to Become a Licensed Master Plumber in the Philippines

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or a Diploma in Plumbing Technology from a recognized institution.

  • Graduates of technical-vocational courses may also qualify if they meet the required work experience.

Registration Process

  1. Register through the PRC’s Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

  2. Create an account with your personal and educational details.

  3. Select “Master Plumber” as your profession and schedule your appointment at your preferred PRC office.

  4. Pay the examination fee (₱900.00 for baccalaureate degree holders; ₱600.00 for non-baccalaureate degree holders).

Documentation Required

  • Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records

  • Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate

  • Current Community Tax Certificate

  • Three recent passport-sized colored photos

Oath-Taking

After passing the exam, attend the face-to-face oath-taking ceremony. NAMPAP Davao Chapter, in partnership with PRC, hosts a grand oath-taking after each examination.
