Why pay your Annual Dues?
As a non-profit professional organization, our annual membership dues serve as the primary source of funding for chapter operations and member services. Without these contributions, the activities and initiatives led by your Chapter Officers and Board of Directors would be significantly limited.

In addition, we strongly encourage members to remit their payments through our Chapter Treasurer to ensure proper documentation and coordination with NAMPAP National. For every annual due paid via our chapter, 80% is allocated to the chapter, while the remaining 20% is forwarded to the NAMPAP Membership Fund (National).

Please be informed that the updated annual dues for our chapter are now set at Php 800.00. The additional Php 300.00—on top of the original Php 500.00 mandated by NAMPAP National—was approved during one of the 2022 General Membership Meetings. This adjustment was made to support the ongoing costs associated with maintaining our website and managing our Google Workspace accounts.
How to pay?
1. Unless you are certain that you have no outstanding balances from previous years, please coordinate with the NAMPAP Davao Chapter Secretariat to verify any unpaid dues. 3. After completing your payment, kindly send a copy of the payment confirmation slip to the following email addresses for acknowledgment and proper recording:
For verification by our Treasurer and issuance of your Official Receipt.

To update your status as a member in good standing.

4. Please note that an Official Receipt will be issued for the amount of Php 500.00 only. A separate Acknowledgement Receipt will be provided for the additional Php 300.00, as this portion pertains solely to chapter requirements and is not covered by NAMPAP National. Therefore, NAMPAP National will not issue a receipt for the Php 300.00.

5. You will receive a confirmation from the NAMPAP Davao Chapter to acknowledge your payment and ensure that your membership records are accurately updated.

6. Once you have completed all the steps outlined above and received a confirmation email, your annual dues payment will be considered successfully processed and complete.

Note: If you do not receive any response or confirmation within seven (7) days after submitting your payment details, please contact our administrator via email at admin@nampapdavao.org to follow up and ensure your transaction is properly acknowledged.
