The NAMPAP Davao Chapter, through the dedication of its officers, extended heartfelt support to young cancer patients and their guardians at the House of Hope, located within the Southern Philippines Medical Center Compound. This meaningful outreach was designed not only to bring joy to the children but also to uplift the spirits of their guardians, who play a vital role in their healing journey.

Led by RMP Aiken dela Cruz, Board of Director and Chairman for Corporate Social Responsibility, the program combined compassion with creativity. The officers distributed coloring books to engage the children in fun, therapeutic activities, provided meals to ensure nourishment, and organized interactive games for the guardians and some patients, fostering camaraderie and lightheartedness amidst their daily challenges.

The flow of the program reflected both structure and warmth:

  • Opening Prayer – setting a tone of gratitude and hope.

  • Inspirational Message – offering encouragement and strength to families.

  • Storytelling Session – sparking imagination and joy among the children.

  • Games for Guardians and Some Patients– creating moments of laughter and bonding.

  • Closing Prayer – ending with reflection and unity.

  • Group Photo – capturing the spirit of togetherness and shared purpose.

This initiative exemplified the chapter’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, emphasizing that small acts of kindness can make a profound difference in the lives of those facing difficult circumstances.

The 2026 NAMPAP Davao Chapter Officers extend their deepest gratitude to all individuals who generously contributed financially to make this event possible. Their support transformed the program into a success, leaving lasting smiles and hope in the hearts of the children and their guardians.
