RMP Elmer Pelinio

During the Monthly NAMPAP Davao Chapter officers meeting on March 6, 2026, attended by 10 officers, including RMP Marie Yvelle Mejos (President), RMP Elmer Pelinio (Vice President - Internal), RMP Jonathan Dalona (Vice President - External), RMP Denise Ira Paculanan (Secretary), and RMP Oscar Lazaro III (Treasurer), RMP Klein Magdaraog (Auditor), RMP Carlito Dy (Public Information Officer), RMP Marvin Manalili (Business Manager), RMP Domingo Lucero (Board of Director for Ways and Means), and RMP Ace Mark Clapis (Board of Director for Events Program) it was decided that members with unpaid annual dues prior to 2022 have the following options:

1. Amnesty - Pay the required annual dues from 2022 to 2026, totaling 4000 pesos, provided they have a membership number. If not, the reinstatement process will apply.

2. Reinstatement - Pay a 2000 pesos fee to receive a new member number and be considered a new member.

Please note that if a member is unsure of their membership start date, the membership year or date will be determined based on proof of attendance at an event, such as a sign-up attendance record or a photo of attendance.
