2023 Chapter Officers

In January 2023, the NAMPAP Davao Chapter Board of Directors convened a focused and forward-looking Strategic Planning session at Camp Holiday, nestled in the serene coastal setting of the Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte. Against the backdrop of calming waves and fresh sea air, the 2023 Chapter Officers engaged in deep, collaborative discussions aimed at refining the chapter’s vision and setting a clear roadmap for the year ahead. One of the most significant outcomes of the session was the decision to implement quarterly General Membership Meetings (GMMs), beginning in March, as a way to foster consistent engagement and professional development among members.

These GMMs were strategically designed to coincide with key chapter milestones, including Oath-taking ceremonies, hands-on technical workshops, and the highly anticipated National Convention in November. To further enhance the quality and appeal of these gatherings, the Board proactively secured sponsorship support, ensuring that each event would deliver not only rich educational content but also a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. This initiative reflects the chapter’s commitment to cultivating a strong, well-informed, and connected professional community throughout the year.
