Plumbing Design Workshop Series Session 12: Computer-Aided Piping Network for Level II Water System
Session 12 of the Plumbing Design Workshop Series, titled “Computer-Aided Piping Network for Level II Water System,” was successfully held at Heroben Hotel in Tagum City. Led by Registered Master Plumber Jonathan Dalona—2025 Board Director for Education and former DILG employee—the workshop focused on the application of EPANET software for designing efficient water distribution systems. Drawing from his government experience, Mr. Dalona provided participants with both theoretical insights and practical simulations to enhance their understanding of Level II water systems.
The event gathered 20 professionals from engineering firms, local government units, and private contractors, all eager to deepen their technical skills. Through interactive discussions, guided software exercises, and peer collaboration, attendees explored innovative approaches to plumbing design. The session concluded with participants gaining not only new competencies but also a renewed commitment to building resilient and sustainable water infrastructure in their communities.
